Serving metro Atlanta since 1969 we have developed significant expertise in site utilities, water, sewer, and storm drain installation for new construction and remodels for the fast food and retail fuel industry. We also specialize in grease trap replacement and backflow testing.

David Free founded D Free Construction in 1969 with a backhoe, dump truck and trailer purchased from his father whom was in the asphalt paving business.  David ran one advertisement that said "Have Backhoe, Will Dig".  He never spent another dollar on advertising, his reputation for quality work at a fair price spread by word of mouth and he never wanted for customers.  Today, David's son Damon Free runs the business with same values, work ethic and fairness that he learned from his father. Below you will find a few nostalgic photos from our three generations of serving the metro Atlanta construction industry.
